How do I return an item?

Please note: Any unauthorized returns without an issued APD RMA will not be accepted for processing.

A. Shortages, Damages, and Incorrect Items Received:
Please contact us within 7 days of receipt for claims on any shortages, damages, and incorrect items received. APD Incorporated shall refund, ship additional units, and/or request the incorrect items to be returned. Customer will not be responsible for any ground shipping charges associated with any shortages, damages, and incorrect items received.

B. Defects
Please contact us within 30 days of any product defects. If valid and claimed within the 30 day period, APD Incorporated shall fully refund (including any freight charges) or replace the defective product (customer will not be responsible for any resulting ground shipping charges). APD Incorporated may or may not request the defective products to be sent back.

C. Custom, Made-to-Order Products
Custom or made-to order product returns are not accepted unless determined to be defective described in Section B above.

D. Stock Products
Stock product returns are allowed within 30 days and subject to a 30% restocking fee. Customer shall be responsible for return shipping charges. Products that are not in their original quantities and conditions will not be accepted.

E. Credit Memo or Refund
Credit memo or refund will be issued after products are received and inspected according to the terms and conditions above.
